Tuesday SeaWorld Goes to US Court of Appeals
Due to the death of Dawn Brancheau, OSHA gave Sea World a $12,000 fine and new safety rules including disallowing trainers to be inside tanks with the killer whales. Sea World is planning to appeal this on Tuesday at the U.S. Court of Appeals. Protestors were outside Sea World all weekend.
