Food Trucks in
Downtown Orlando?
Yes, it's real!
The Daily City® Food Truck Bazaar is bringing in several food trucks from Tampa and Orlando to be part of local legend Bob Snow's brand new inaugural event called VetFest (Facebook | Website), a tribute to America's Veterans, Labor Day Weekend, August 30-31, 2014.They'll be parked in a very peculiar but creative place: under I-4 near Church Street. You know what that means? If it rains, the event can still go on! Also, Bob Snow is constructing a play place with bars for boozing and stages for musical acts to perform.
The event runs noon to midnight both days. To get into Bob Snow's VetFest event, attendees will pay $15 admission and have access to bars with drink specials, several live music performers and the food trucks. 13% of all the money spent at the food trucks goes back to charities supporting Veterans.
