The Milk Bar (Website) at 2428 E. Robinson St. Orlando, FL 32803, now in it’s fourth year of business on Robinson St. in “The Milk District,” is making some operational changes, the first of which is appointing a new manager. Bret Ashman, The Milk Bar’s owner, has chosen Orlando event producer and promoter Jessica Pawli as a Managing Partner. Jessica brings a twenty year background in Orlando’s Food and Beverage industry and eight years of experience in Orlando’s Entertainment and Arts community. Ashman feels that Jessica is the right choice to lead The Milk Bar into a direction of becoming more of a community space, utilized for a multitude of arts events and creative gatherings, community meetings and more.
Pawli has been hard at work for the past 2 months and The Milk Bar is showing the signs. The addition of a small stage, new paint and a new local art showing on the main bar wall are all recent updates. Pawli plans for The Milk Bar to host weekly live music shows and monthly to bi-monthly art shows. “I’m excited to bring live music to the Milk District, to have a new opportunity to work with Orlando’s talented visual artists and to work among the other amazing small businesses in the area.” says Pawli.
