Snap! Space Presents... The Lighting of The Cameo Sign

On Friday, January 23rd, 7-10pm there will be a celebration for the lighting of the revived CAMEO Theatre sign, Snap! Space’s One Year Anniversary and the unique public Art Fence by artist Chris Scala! The event is hosted by Patrick & Holly Kahn and Jorge Boone & Magdalena Dalsjo. at Snap! A bit of history: The Cameo’s original opening was on Nov. 27, 1940. The featured movie was the Bob Hope / Bing Crosby film "Road to Singapore.” Adult ticket prices were listed at 20 cents for shows at the single-screen movie house.
