The iconic-to-some Mt. Vernon Inn on Mills Ave in Winter Park will get an April demolition date according to the Orlando Business Journal. Replacing the Lorna-less hotel will be a "boutique retail center" called Lakeside Crossing with 37,473 sq ft of retail, a 315-spot parking garage.
