Here at Swine & Sons, a new endeavor from James and Julie Petrakis, chefs/owners of The Ravenous Pig and Cask & Larder, has created a "Swine & Sons Valentine’s Day Box for Two" ($60) that includes everything you need to start and finish your home-cooked meal. You make the entrée, they take care of the rest. The Swine & Sons Valentine’s Day Box for Two includes:
- A bottle of Cask & Larder Public House Red Wine
- Truffled Duck Rillettes
- Chicken liver Mousse with Port Gelée
- Cured Pork Loin
- Brillat Savarin Tart
- Pickled Root Vegetables
- Champagne-macerated Strawberries
- Chocolate Crémeux with Chantilly
- Pistachio Macarons
- Mini Madeleines
Boxes are $60 each and can be ordered by calling Cask & Larder at 321-280-4200 after 2:30 pm. The Swine & Sons Valentine’s Day Box will be available for pickup at Cask & Larder on Friday, February 13th between 2pm and 6pm.
