Mayor Kenneth W. Bradley presented his sixth and final annual State of the City Address Friday, January 16, 2015, at the Alfond Inn in Winter Park. The event which is hosted by the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce also included the presentation of the city’s Employees of the Year. Watch it here.
