Nation's First American Culinary Federation (ACF) Sanctioned Green, Sustainable, and Local Food Cooking Competition
The nation's first American Culinary Federation (ACF) Sanctioned Green, Sustainable, and Local Food Cooking competition (Facebook) has been scheduled to be held in Deland on Friday, April 24th between 5:30-7:30 pm at the Artisan Alley Garage during the Farmers Market In The Artisan Alley Deland. Four professional culinarians will use ingredients from the market and primary proteins from within 100 miles of the market to be judged by two eminent ACF-certified judges. Attendance is free but limited.
The first competitor to be announced is Chef Dustin Haneyfrom Scratch in Winter Park.
