Have you seen these two trees in Winter Park? They're on opposite sides of the street of Mills Ave near Winter Park Village. One is clearly full and lush, the other: a cruel 1960s-like topiary. We asked the City of Winter Park if they're responsible for keeping these trees trimmed or not. They're not. It's the property owners who trim this poor tree like a Fantasyland cloud.
What's the sense in keeping this tree squat and preventing it from growing large and giving Mills Ave some greenery and shade?
