Someone's building an 11,600 sq ft thing at 777 Sunnyvale Saratoga Road in Sunnyvale California, and some people think it's an Amazon spot to pick up groceries you ordered online. Could be true. There is Amazon Fresh, but that's grocery delivery. But why would Amazon build a place to pick up groceries if they could just do delivery and avoid the real estate cost? The Silicon Valley Business Journal says "...real estate sources familiar with Amazon’s concept said Amazon is the likely tenant..." We'd love some developer to bring it to Orlando! (Source)
