Downtown Orlando Co-Working Space Canvs Adding 3,200 Square Feet on 3rd Floor


According to the Orlando Business Journal, Canvs (Website), a downtown Orlando co-working space, is adding 3,200 sq ft to it's footprint by adding space on the 3rd floor of the Church Street Exchange building. 

The current space, on the 1st floor, is at 90% occupancy with 150+ members and 75 companies. 

The new space would provide 8 private office spaces (something companies are looking for as they grow) and some dedicated desk rentals.
