Se7en Bites Bakeshop in the Milk District will be moving from the site they've had since opening October 1, 2013 (207 North Primrose Drive) to a 3,500 square foot mega bakery just down the road (617 Primrose Dr).
Se7en Bites started as a dessert supplier for some of Orlando’s best restaurants, delivering mini-pies to locations such as Pom Pom’s and cakes to Fresh in Winter Park.
Chef Trina Gregory-Propst bought the building outright and hopes to have it open by Spring 2016.
The name Se7en Bites is special. Chef Trina has maintained an amazing 187-pound weight loss for more than 7 years. Her gastric bypass surgery limits her to just seven bites of each meal, which inspires her to make every bite count.
