In the online permitting information, a wooden deck is mentioned.
According to the building permit on the front window, the interior demo will include pre-construction, drop-ceiling tiles and non load bearing walls.
The permit was issued August 13, 2015 and expires February 9, 2016.
The space has been home to Dan's Sandwich Shop and Due Amici.
