Pabb Rosenberg, CEO Orlando Crossing, requested a Conditional Use Permit to construct a new helicopter tour facility with two helipads on 4.4 acres at 529 International Drive. The new structure will include a 2,400 sq. ft. two-story building with a guest lounge, retail and sales lobby. This occurred on December 15, 2015.
