A 21 unit rear-loaded townhouse development called Park Lake might be coming to 744 Highland Ave.
The developer, Icon Residential (Website), is asking for PD rezoning for the .98 acre property. The project is tentatively scheduled for a public hearing at the Municipal Planning Board on February 16, 2016.
