Davis Armory (363 N Parramore Ave, Orlando, FL 32801) has been designated a historic landmark by the City of Orlando Historic Preservation Board. The building was nominated and it passed with a unanimous vote by the board.
The building was built in 1937-38 as an armory for the National Guard. The land was donated by the City of Orlando. (Source)
