There's a new chicken & waffle food truck in Orlando called Chicken Waffle Grill (Website | Facebook | Twitter). It's already been approved to be in our food truck bazaar so you can find it there when the truck is scheduled to appear.
Rather than a large round waffle, this chicken & waffle truck serves sandwiches in which the waffle acts as the bread.
These photos show a thicker waffle that the truck uses currently. The newer waffles are thinner.
The red velvet one is made out of red velvet batter.
