In 2012, we told you about a 500 acre development in Osceola county dubbed the "Florida Tech Farm." Back then, the project was said to "help to wean Central Florida off its heavy dependence on tourism" through the companies that relocate to it. The project is located in Osceola county just outside of Kissimmee. According to Growthspotter, the campus would contain the following unique features:
  1. ornamental bridge

  3. centerpiece lake
  4. bike trails

There's another large development in the works on the other side of town that has similarities to Florida Tech Farm. An unnamed company is building a 1.6 million sq ft training center on 54.5 acres near Lake Nona. The one building on the campus will be 10 stories tall and have 1,200 lodging rooms, 550,000 sq ft of training and conference space, 528 parking spaces according to City documents. The campus will have the following features according to Growthspotter:

  4. learning spaces
  5. baseball field
