The Four Seasons (Website) has several foodie events running October 27-30 in collaboration with Italian Food Style Education (IFSE) Culinary School in Italy. Below are our 4 favorites but there are more. For reservations click here.
- Italian Outdoor * Five-Course Dinner 10/28. 7:00 to 9:00 pm. $175 pp tax and gratuity included. Featuring housemade pastas, gourmet breads and olive oils, and the exclusive white Alba truffle from Italy. Following the dinner, guests will join the Dessert Party held in a private dining room at the Resort's rooftop restaurant. End the night with Spumante Metodo Classico toast and the Magic Kingdom Park fireworks display, viewed from the Capa terrace. *This dinner will be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace of Ravello weather permitting.
- Italian Dessert Party 10/28. 9:00 to 10:30 pm. Capa restaurant. $25 pp. The Dessert Party is included for those who purchase a ticket to the Italian Feast. Enjoy an indulgent dessert buffet of Italian delights, such as tiramisu and cannoli, and an Italian coffee bar. Conclude the evening with a Spumante Metodo Classico toast and the Magic Kingdom Park fireworks display, viewed from the Capa terrace.
- Coffee Class 10/29. 11:00 am - 12:00 noon. Ravello Demonstration Kitchen. Learn how to make savuory dishes featuring Italian coffee at this complimentary class.
- Pop Up Marketplace 10/27-30. 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Ravello Demonstration Kitchen. The marketplace will feature imported olive oils, wines, and more for sale, in addition to housemade Italian pastries and desserts, from Chef Fabrizio's bomboloni and biscotti to his housemade limocello and gelato. Visitors to the Italian Market can purchase these delicacies to-go, or can purchase and dine on property. An Italian coffee lounge will feature delicious lattes, cappuccinos and more, and Giuso ice cream will be available as well, perfect to enjoy on the gorgeous outdoor terrace. This is a non-ticketed event guests can come in at leisure each night to shop and enjoy.
