New Winter Park Restaurant on Fairbanks May be Coming

The developers of the land at 1350 W. Fairbanks Ave. (MAP), currently home of a funeral parlor and some adjacent warehouse space which will be demolished soon, have gotten interest from several fast casual restaurant groups (none of which have locations in Winter Park yet!) according to Growthspotter.
