Digital Kiosks are allowed on downtown sidewalks according to City ordinance:
Subject to approval from the City to use its right-of-way for such purpose, digital kiosks are allowed within public sidewalks throughout the Downtown Special Sign District, and may display offsite messages as well as static sign copy. (Sign ordinance)
These kiosks can be used for advertising, wayfinding and entertainment.
