The GSI Group (Website), a Kissimmee sign shop, submitted a Conditional Use Permit request for a high-rise sign within 1,000 ft. of a residential zoning district for the Majors Investment building at 2000 N. Orange Ave (MAP) in Ivanhoe Village. The building will feature offices, a private car collection and a 3rd floor rooftop bar called M Lounge. The building and bar is expected to open March 2017 according to Growthspotter.
