New Orlando Townhome Project will be "Gateway to Baldwin Park" and Called Lake Baldwin 5

Lake Baldwin 5 is the name of a Baldwin Park-adjacent project bringing 5 two-story townhomes and 4 single family residences to the property at 4312 Rixey St (MAP). Lake Balkdwin 5 is five two-story 2,000 sq ft Neoclassical-styled townhouses with rear entry garages facing Lake Baldwin Lane, one of the main entrances to Baldwin Park.

The proposed project is part of a redevelopment including the building of six adjacent single family homes as well as proposed plans to continue with eleven more townhouses on Lake Baldwin Lake towards Baldwin Park.

The proposed use has been in discussion with the City for over a year and is intended to serve as a gateway to Baldwin Park.

The purpose of the development is to spur redevelopment of the area from East Colonial Drive to Baldwin Park.

A PD rezoning request and an annexation and a growth management plan amendment to Residential Low Intensity was filed with the Municipal Planning Board to allow the construction of this project.

This was shared by the applicant and described as Elevation Inspiration.
