5 restaurants will be going up at 5504 W. Oak Ridge Road (MAP) across the street from the Orlando International Premium Outlets. Grand Natl. Jt. Venture submitted a Specific Parcel Master Plan request to develop the 52,870 sq. ft. restaurant/retail portion of the land, called the "Grand National Development site." There will also be 3 retail spaces and 538 parking spaces. The restaurants have not been announced.
