A New Orleans-Inspired Concept is Replacing Muchos in Thornton Park

Yesterday we told you that Muchos Taco and Tequila at 101 S Eola Drive (MAPwas closing down May 7th for a ten day overhaul after which a new restaurant concept would be revealed. 

This morning a press release was sent out to announce the news and reveal the new restaurant concept. The name will be Muddy Waters and the menu will be comprised of New Orleans-inspired cuisine. Chef Bernard Carmouche and Chef Larry Sinibaldi of the original Two Chefs Seafood Restaurant located in a 3-story downtown office building (with a condo at the top) will be doing the food. Beacon Hill Group is also a partner. 

"The menu will pay homage to Chef Bernard’s deep New Orleans roots and culinary background, with an emphasis on fresh, authentic ingredients sourced in Louisiana and masterfully prepared using expert techniques."
