A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Irving on Park Townhomes was submitted by Icon Residential (Website) and will go before City Council April 24th. The project will consist of 21 contemporary townhomes 1,700 to 2,600 sq ft priced in the the high $300s. Private rooftop terraces, designer wood cabinetry from kitchen to bathroom and hard wood floors are some of the unit features.
The applicant proposes to replat the 0.985 acre roperty for the future development of multifamily residential. The property is located in the southwest corner of Park Lake St. and Highland Ave. within the North Quarter neighborhood.
