Thornton Park is Getting a New Restaurant in Former Graffiti Junktion Space

The owner of Graffiti Junktion, Greg Peters, has just signed a new lease for the space in Thornton Park that formerly housed his Graffiti Junktion restaurant at 900 E. Washington Street (MAP). According to Olde Towne Brokers, the new restaurant concept could open in the next 30 days. Peters did not respond to our question about what the concept would be. A new roof was being installed on April 24th.

The building has sat vacant for months in the business district which recently saw the loss of 4 restaurants in 9 months:
  1. August 2016, Wildside BBQ closed.
  2. November 2016 Verde Mexican Soul Food closed.
  3. March 2017 Baoery Asian Gastropub closed.
  4. May 7th Muchos Tacos & Tequila will close and re-open with a new concept.
