We told you April 21st that the giant building built in 1925 on 4 acres at 1195 E Seminole Blvd (MAP) near downtown Sanford was for sale at for $2,500,000. Someone now has a contract on it and wants to turn it into a 120 room hotel which was its original purpose from 1925 to 1963 according to Growthspotter. The second and third floors have 36 residence units. It's not located in the City historic district and currently serves as a missionary group's U.S. headquarters and employee residence.
