The applicant is proposing to occupy initially 29,000 sq ft as Phase 1 and to enroll around 400 students in 6-12 grades in the first year of school operation. Thereafter they propose to occupy the entire building when the remaining spaces become available and the number of students reaches maximum occupancy.
