Downtown Grocery Store Earth Fare Signage Plan Submitted

The sign plan for downtown grocery store Earth Fare (WEB) was submitted to and reviewed by the City of Orlando Appearance Review Board by Option Signs & Environmental Graphics as part of a larger request for Major Certificate of Appearance Approval of the Master Sign Plan for the Crescent Lucerne multi-family and retail project.

The Appearance Review Board's review stated "The Master Sign Plan "is one of the best sign application packages staff has reviewed."

This project includes 373 multi-family units, 31,000 s.f. of retail including a 24,000 s.f. Earth Fare grocery store and 695 parking spaces with a 5- story building on east parcel and 4-story multi- family building on the west parcel.

The project is entitled to over 2,300 square feet of signage copy area. Based on this MSP appli- cation the development is utilizing approximately 2,050 square feet of that total allowed allocation.

The Master Sign Plan [MSP] for the Crescent Lucerne mixed-use project includes identification signs for all tenants including the retail tenants, multi-family residential component, parking identification and all peripheral signs for necessary vehicular and pedestrian experience. The MSP also includes all necessary landlord and City approval procedures and requirements for the tenants.

Crescent Lucerne is expected to open in 2018.
