Hembree Construction asked the City for. demolition permit for the former home of WDBO at 68 S. Ivanhoe Blvd (MAP). The demolition permit application lists the demo date as 9/18. The type of demolition, if approved, is to be bulldozer and backhoe.

Built in 1947, the one-story building contains 7,800 sq ft. According to the County, the property is valued at $2.1 million. It's owned by Upshot 68 South Ivanhoe LLC. .
