The company behind Green Phantom Eco Car Wash (Website) has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a waterless eco-friendly car wash in the parking lot of Colonial Marketplace at 3011 E. Colonial Drive. The request will go before the Municipal Review Board October 17th.
There are currently 2 locations of Green Phantom Eco Car Wash:

- The Parking Spot- Orlando Airport, 5500 Hazeltine National Dr, Orlando, FL 32812
Microfiber towels and biodegradable cleaning agents are used to clean cars in the 9 parking spaces on which the set-up is located. There's no building, plumbing or water run-off. Up to 20 cars can be cleaned with just one gallon of solution/water mix. Cars can park in these spaces whether they're getting the cleaning treatment or not.
