Scott Fish of UP Fieldgate US Investments, former owner of Fashion Square Mall, has acquired the piece of property at 4751 Vineland Rd. (MAP) next door to an Audi dealership. It's called Millenia Parcel M North. Fish has submitted a Master Plan to develop a 7-story hotel with ground floor retail and restaurant on north side of the vacant parcel in the Millenia neighborhood. There will be two shops and one restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The name of the hotel has not been made public. Perhaps this is the hotel that never was in the plans that never were either in Fish's revitalization plans for Fashion Square Mall.
