Pink construction window clings with large "FK" letters similar to those at the Waterford Lakes location popped up recently in the windows of the former Sodo area Noodles & Co at 2855 S. Orange Ave. (MAP).

Like Chipotle, guests line up and choose their own ingredients
First you choose your base: lettuce, rices and beans
You add your choice of broccoli, brussell sprouts, cauliflower and bean mix
You add your choice of meats
The atmosphere is light and Springy, which natural wood, grey floor tiles and faux grass accent walls.
