CRP/Crescent Lucerne, LLC owns and is developing the property located at the intersection of South Orange Avenue and West Gore Street as a mixed-use project consisting of retail and multi-family uses. In conjunction with construction of the Project, the company intends to construct a pedestrian bridge from Building 1000 of the Project over Main Lane, a right-of-way owned and maintained by the City, to Building 2000 of the Project. The company has requested that the City grant them an easement to allow construction of the Bridge which will provide safe and convenient access to and from each building and the parking garage. Under the terms of the Agreement, the company is fully responsible for the cost of constructing the Bridge and will indemnify and insure the City against any liability arising from the operation and use of the Bridge.
