Super Rico Colombia restaurant which started as a food truck has the lease to two City-owned downtown parking garage retail spaces at 57 W Central and 62 W Washington). Super Rico now wishes to serve alcoholic beverages (beer and wine) at its restaurant. The Lease Agreement will be amended to allow for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
