Hill Gray Seven is developing a high-end townhome project called Penn Place on the south-west corner of Pennsylvania and Minnesota Avenues. It’s across from the Winter Park High School Ninth Grade Center and near the eastern entrance to Mead Garden. Penn Place, also designed by Slocum Platts and built by Zoltan Construction, offers four 3,00-square-foot homes with three or four bedrooms. According to the developer, they’re comparable to the brand new Park Hill Townhomes project that faces Casa Feliz and the golf course.
