A new production microbrewery called Ellipsis Brewing, specializing in hand crafted beers, has opened its doors near the airport at 7500 TPC Blvd Suite #8. Total capital investment for this project is approximately $650,000.
The projected consists of a complete interior renovation of an approximately 7500sf space including walls, all utilities, two new restrooms, office space, furniture and 60 seats. Ellipsis planned to create 5 new full-time jobs through this project.
In addition to the 60-seat bar, Ellipsis will sell its original recipe brand beers to local restaurants and retail establishments. It is a member of the Florida Brewers Guild.
The brewery received $10,000 from the City through the Business Assistance Program. The LLC's office is located in St Cloud at 130 Montana Ave.
