For those sick of holiday Starbucks slurpees and cookie flavored Dunkin Donuts, how about a Peppermint Bark Cheesecake from Cheesecake YES IT'S NOT LOCAL Factory? Pieces of chocolate peppermint bark and peppermint pieces are mixed into a white chocolate cheesecake and served with basically two more desserts: two servings of white chocolate mousse sprinkled with peppermint bits.
