The Appearance Review Board recommended approval of Modera Central's Master Sign Plan. See below for much of what they submitted. The sign style is basic, like much of the signage hanging on Thornton Park's high rises. The absolute bare minimum will be slapped up. It's as if these downtown and Thornton park high rises don't know that design (1) exists and (2) makes our city better.

It's as if these downtown and Thornton park high rises don't know that design (1) exists and (2) makes our city better.
The building is a project of Mill Creek Residential who says first move-ins are anticipated for fall of 2018. It's located at the corner of Central & Magnolia at 150 E Central Blvd. Pre-leasing options are available through Urbanista.
This 22-story tower on 1.24 acres at 315 E. Robinson Street will have 350 apartment units, 13,465 s.f. of ground floor retail space, 19,500 sq ft for the University Club and a 514-space integrated parking garage that includes a resident amenity area and pool on the roof deck of the parking podium.
