Plogging is jogging while picking up trash according to the Washington Post. Rather than seeing trash as runners fly by, they stop, squat and pick it up: returning home with plastic bags full of bottle caps, dirty diapers, bits of foam that can be swallowed by fish and more.
There are currently no plogging groups, but we can see jogging groups adding this activity to their morning runs. Any takers? #bringtoorlando
