  1. Peek behind the construction walls at Pulse. It now has faux grass, several shade trees and the beginnings of a curved wall surrounding the building. 
  2. We told you on Episode 31 the City could get its very own apple orchard (or one of two other projects) if they won this grant. They won! Now it's up to us to vote. #teamorchard
  3. Orlando's original food truck event, created in 2011, has come to an end. It's a part of our city's culinary history because it launched the modern day food truck scene not only in Orlando but all of Central Florida. 
  4. A new coffee shop is coming downtown called Deeply Coffee.  
  5. Chef Eddies restaurant in Parramore has been cited with 61 health violations. Well it's better than their 133 health violations in 2016. 
  6. Gideons Bakehouse cookie shop will no longer sell out of its $4.26 half-pound cookies because it recently acquired a 2,000 sq ft production warehouse.
  7. After 2.5 years the funky roofed Mills50 location of Tako Cheena is one step closer towards opening thanks to it passing its initial food licensing inspection. 
  8. Need a place to live downtown with 899 other apartment dwellers? Golden Sparrow is currently in development across the street from the Orange County Courthouse. 
  9. Your online persona is about to jushed to the gods thanks to 16 new selfie murals that went up in a parking garage in Thornton Park. Just look for the Starbucks, park and snap away. 
  10. Do a quick search of #donutfries on instagram and you'll find a food trend that hasn't hit Orlando yet. What a great opportunity for some local bakeries #bringtoorlando donut fries. Dunkin's working on them in Boston FYI, local bakeries!
