A 1954 College Park home at 1410 N. Westmoreland Dr.will be demolished to make way for two new homes on 51-ft. wide x 144.3 ft. deep lots. Owner Jeanne Gordon is requesting the Plat with Modification of Standards in the R-1/T zoning district where the minimum width is 55 feet. It will go before the Municipal Planning Board on May 15th.
Based on the renderings supplied to the City by Andy Katzman of Rare Builders, the homes are both two-story with an entrance slightly to the left, a garage on the right, and several minor variations.
