Midtown Opportunities XIIIB, LLC submitted a Master Plan amendment to MPL2012-00027 and a request for framework Master Plan approval for that 900-unit, multi-family, mixed-use development with a request for an intensity bonus. This includes the final Master Plan request for Phase 1.
It will go before the Municipal Planning Board May 15, 2018
