A Red Chair Project Post: There are some truly amazing arts/culture going on in the Orlando area. I'm very happy to report that The Center for Contemporary Dance in Sanford presents The Cosmic Dance, a culmination of classical Indian dance with contemporary movement, live music, and vocals. The performance celebrates "the ancient Indian symbol of the Dancing Shiva, Nataraj, which is a cultural representation of divine transformation." Partial proceeds from The Cosmic Dance will be donated to The Center’s SEE(k)ING Project, an arts enrichment program that blends creative writing and dance to teach underprivileged children skills in artistic expression, critical thinking and collaboration.For ticket information + directions, please visit RedChairProject.com.
