Winter Park, FL June 26, 2009 – Florida’s digital media industry association, Digital Media Alliance Florida (DMAF), today announced the panel line-up and major sponsor for their quarterly Digital Media Seminar (DiMeNar) to be held the evening of June 30th, from 6:00 pm to 9:45 pm at the Entertainment Business building on Full Sail’s Winter Park campus.
DMAF also announced that Helios Interactive, a 3D gaming software company and game development studio, is sponsoring the June DiMeNar, and has chosen this event as the setting for the international launch of its flagship product, GameCore 2.0 -- a 3D game creation toolset and engine.
Helios Interactive GameCore 2.0 Product Launch
Helios expects GameCore 2.0 to revolutionize the 3D game development industry and enable a new generation of independent game developers to create full 3D games, virtual worlds and other interactive 3D content without the traditional barriers of complex technology, programming expertise and high development cost.
Special Guest Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer will be on hand to kick off the Product Launch Event at 7:00 pm in the lobby of Full Sail’s Entertainment Business building.
At DMAF’s June DiMeNar, Central Florida industry leaders will describe the latest trends and developments in key global digital media markets and technologies, and discuss their implications for Florida’s digital media businesses and professionals. They will share their insights and recount the highlights from recent national/international meetings and conferences, covering the digital & interactive media and broadcasting, game development, social media and global themed entertainment sectors.
