Bovine Moving into Park Plaza Gardens

According to Scott Joseph, a restaurant called Bovine is expected to open in August in the old Park Plaza Gardens restaurant space at 307 S Park Ave. It's right next door to the 7-hour-fashion-show-wanting Bebe's and Liz's.
According to Scott Joseph, a restaurant called Bovine is expected to open in August in the old Park Plaza Gardens restaurant space at 307 S Park Ave. It's right next door to the 7-hour-fashion-show-wanting Bebe's and Liz's.
Bovine, the working title of the project, will have a totally gutted and refurbished kitchen and minimal dining room decor changes. It will be managed by 310 Restaurants.
We suggest the name Bovino. It's the word bovine in Spanish. It sounds classier. The Bovine name is popular with restaurants across the world. Here are just a few we found during a quick google search:
