What is it? Meeting of the Orlando Minds (MOOM) is one of TheDailyCity.com's live events working to create a more robust creative community in Orlando. Creative producers (in any medium, at any level) connect, discuss projects, share resources and build interdisciplinary collaborations through group brainstorm in quick one-hour early morning sessions.
How to Prepare: Bring a question, idea, proposal or problem that you are currently working on or will work on and be prepared to speak 1-2 minutes about it. Tip: (1) Bring spare change for parking meters ($2 for 2 hours) and (2) set a timer on your cell to remind you when you need to go back to the meter to add change. Or, park at the parking garage across the street from the downtown library.
