MarMar and Bethy: two swanky broads dishin' the straight poop to brainy dames at gal pal gabfest

Two lady friend gal pals dish the straight poop in a girl on girl gabfest called "Love, Passion, Drama- The State of the Arts in Central Florida," presented by The League of Women Voters. Margot Knight, of United Arts and Elizabeth Maupin, fan of G.O.A.T. Theatre, pull up a couple of powder puffs and wack the gums for a paying audience of brainy dames.
"What role does arts and culture play in economic development, education, and quality of life? What role should government at the federal, state and local level have in the support of arts and culture? Why should art and culture matter to voters?"
The talk is Wednesday, December 9, 2009, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm at the Sorosis Club (501 E Livingston St). Tickets are $20.00 for League members with reservation or $25 for the rest of you. "Please RSVP by Monday, December 7th at 5pm to leagueorangecounty@gmail.com." Too late.
