The Zora Neale Hurston Festival of the Arts and Humanities in the nation’s oldest incorporated African-American municipality, Eatonville, is January 29-31, 2010. Included in the festivities will be an area of tents and booths dubbed the "Empowerment Zone" where each vendor of has been given a special reduced rate on booths due to them offering "business and job opportunities, foreclosure and eviction prevention, and financial and investment advice as well as family and educational support." What is the Zora Neale Huston Festival of the Arts and Humanities?
